Item arrived quick but not what I expected. It showed many signs of use despite being advertised as new. I contacted the seller and sent pictures showing the signs of use and even wiped the product down and showed the dirty towel as a result. Seller just assured me it was new and told me to clean it to make it look new.

The item I received was defective due to a manufacturing defect. I took pictures and brought this to the attention of the seller (it was not their fault) and they ended up refunding all of my purchase money. I would trust this seller anytime after my experience with this purchase. I clearly give the SELLER a 5 star rating. The product manufacturer needs to correct their problems to prevent the delivery of defective devices. I believe the problem is limited to the A12 (solar powered) model.
