No good customer service. Part installed fully and after a few days hinge broke. Sent item back and was refused refund. Told it was my fault and repeatedly when contacted for refund (as item already sent back) was told replacement can be sent but manufacturer part is obsolete. Even though part was fitted to my door the hinge broke. I mentioned negative feedback then accused of extortion! 😞
