Very disappointed and surprised when received a totally different vase than the one I ordered. eBay advised I should message the seller to say I would still like the original vase and return the incorrect one. The seller replied in two separate messages he thought the issue was taken care of by eBay, no further action was required, and he’d check with eBay. Within those two messages, I still feel the seller could have at least acknowledged the error, apologize or give a reason
