DHL is asking for duties and taxes which can be paid when I receive the goods. They also want $10 for processing prepayment duties and taxes. I am not paying this. Such a scam. They have to deliver the package. I have the choice to pay it at the door. They just want to squeeze an extra $10 which I am not required by law to pay. If the shipper had paid the duties this would not be an issue
