Buyer ordered 1 brooch and we sent 2 but they refused to return unwanted brooch for FULL REFUND then harassed us multiple times daily for several days - and THEY CLOSED the return case w/o returning for the FULL REFUND - Their negative review and harassment is utter craziness.
