I contacted the seller originally when the item was still up for sale over a week after purchase at which stage I was informed it was ok.Over a month later ,still waiting,I contacted the seller again.She informed me that the lanyard was on its way.Ten days later still no sign.zi decided to cancel the order and ask ebay for a refund

So I posted the item to you in time for it to reach you by the estimated delivery date. If you had a problem with the order you need to contact Royal Mail. You didnt cancel the order, I the seller refunded you as you said that you didnt receive it. I have lost the item, my sale money & postage. you have lost nothing. However, as I have said previously its always the buyers who moan at me, are always the ones who say their items don't arrive.....Say no more!
