The buyer manipulate us the buyer order 2 jackets and we send one jacket and one jacket dispatched late due to EID holidays and leather shortage we also tell the buyer but he still left us negative feedback we ask him/her to remove it and told him/her all the situation he/she said that he will remove it once he receive the jacket now the jacket get delivered and the buyer said he don't need it and return it it's a great loss for us :(
