This person sold me an item not as described. In response he bought an item I had for sale and requested to cancel it. So, I cancelled it before I even sent it, not realizing that it was the seller that misled me. To be spiteful he left me negative feedback. It's unbelievable that there are people like that on here, and even more unbelievable that eBay wouldn't reverse the feedback because it doesn't go against their policies. Be mindful the next time you cancel an item for someone.
