Poor buying experience as seller didn’t understand about combined postage also didn’t respond to messages where I was very clear about what I was buying. This seller has beautiful items but needs to sharpen up her service

No response to messages, Asking for combined posting seemed to be an issue. Package was missing an item, no response to message about this either. I had to go through ebay support to understand that the missing item was refunded which is a shame as I wanted the item. Seller made the buying process really confusing which is a shame as I wanted to buy more. I had at least another 10 items I wanted to buy but without combined postage and poor communication very difficult to deal with.
