Seller did not have the item in possession and was relying on her overworked son-in-law in Texas, to pack and ship it. Shipping cost was very high leading me to foolishly believe it would be well packaged. Nope. The box arrived in very poor condition and was also missing items that were said to be included. Communication was slower b/c of the middle man, but 3 weeks after the purchase, I finally have everything that was promised. The whole transaction was not a painless process, but it ended ok.
