Advertised as new but came with scratches, can’t complain tho as they work great and arrived in a day or so

They were brand new, in sealed packaging, never been used before. Maybe a one off issue at the factory when packing. I typically try to add extra packing within the boxes so the parts can't move as much in transit, maybe I forgot on this occasion to do that. The rotors are bagged and the levers are bubble wrapped.
