We aim to describe our items as clearly as possible and all photos form part of the description, so please check all available photographs before committing to purchase the item.
 
Following the 30 day returns period, purchaser are advised to take up any warranty problems direct with the manufacturer. In the case of items manufactured by ourselves, a 90 day warranty is in place and is subject to a fair wear and tear policy.
 
If you have any queries about your item, or any problems on receipt please do not hesitate to contact us via eBay messages, 'I have a question about my item'. We do respond during normal business hours and will vigorously try to solve problems and offer help, opening a case is always a last resort scenario.
 
Lost in Post – Items are very rarely lost in the post, always check with your neighbours, posties are human and may have posted your item next door by mistake. The Royal Mail no longer offers compensation for items lost in post sent via the postal service we use. Therefore, as any losses will be funded from our pocket, we insist that you wait a sufficient time for the order to arrive before we will consider sending a refund – 15 working days. Then we will require you to open an “I didn’t receive my item” case via the eBay “contact seller” link (this will log the claim with eBay). All claims of non-delivery are reported to the Royal Mail. Please remember that 15 working days must have elapsed from despatch date for claims to be entertained, these are not our rules but that of Royal Mail. A return will only be accepted from the postal service if a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is shown as the the first line of the address. RANs are issued whilst going through the eBay returns procedure. If for any reason we choose to refund without return, a RAN will not be issued.
 
Personalised, bespoke or items modified for a customer's specific use are non-returnable as they cannot be resold regardless of the reason why they are being returned. You cannot 'change your mind' and opening a return because you have not used the whole quantity and want a refund for the rest will be reported to eBay as a breach of return rules
