Contacted Seller immediately as item was NOT as described? There was NO mention of it being defective, broken rattan showing a hole, asked if he’d checked it before posting as there seemed to be ‘bird poo?’ on the top of the basket? Took closeup photos and sent, which should have been shown by the Seller? Arrogant reply, said I should have looked as it’s USED? That to me should have been clearly described and CLOSEUP photos so that a Buyer can make an informed choice and NOT get a shock!!!!
