My item did not arrive even though I was in all day and there was no contact with the courier, (My dog didn't hear him either.) I contacted Ebay and the seller was adamant that the item had been delivered according to the tracking info. Ebay eventually sent me a refund for just 50% of the value. I will never purchase through Ebay again and neither will I trust the courier Wanb.
