I had a horrible experience with this seller. He listed an item as " brand new without tags", but received it with the damage ( proved with pictures). When I asked him to give me a discount to keep it and I would leave a nice review for his cooperation, he accused me with " extortion", he never apologized about the item or his language, but instead he insulted, humiliated and disrespected me. Shortly, he is rude and has no good customer communication skills. I would never buy anything from him.

Buyer demanded significant discount without visible proof. I have returns on all my items. Ebay allows any item that was "damaged" to be returned to seller at the sellers cost. I informed the buyer on how to do the return. The buyer demanded a significant discount in exchange for positive feedback. They would not return for a full refund which is the Ebay money back guarantee. Buyer chose to keep the item at their own account. I was professional and kind to all my customers including this buyer.
