A buyer made a false claim, ordered this item from us and because we sold out of stock we kindly asked to process a full refund and buyer agreed. We issued a full refund. We have a similar item but made from genuine materials for $300 so it seems that a buyer has misunderstood us because it is different items made from different materials. We can provide all proof of chat conversation upon request.

The buyer 'tuning_hall' tried to pressure the seller into giving a full refund but wanted to keep the product. They even threatened to leave a bad review if their demands weren't met. After leaving a negative review, they also filed a complaint with their payment provider and wants keeping both the money and the item. Watch out for this buyer; they're scamming people. I'm planning to report them to the Police!

yet another lie .. i shipped back FAKE BRABIS logos but the seller failed to clear it with customs and pick up . I did report the seller to BRABUS USA for selling fakes. i was very specific from day one that i only wanted the original. Here is UPS tracking to show it was shipped . 1ZW636036772142378 PLEASE be aware of FAKE " good" feedback on 10.00 items
