I was pleased to be able to order this but it came with a flaw in the paint right on top, that was not mentioned. Shipping was expensive, because it was priority shipping and I had no other choice. I didn’t need it immediately. Also, the packaging was excessive. I could have lived with these 2 latter mentions, but the paint issue should have been noted. It had nothing to do with being used. Can anything be done on this?

You would have been extremely disappointed if not! I am sorry you thought priority was to good. You did have an option to not purchase. As far the the paint? That is called blemishes and if you would have read the description again it was mentioned and clearly stated. Oversite on your part I guess? Communication is the key..
