Unfortunately, this seller sold me a counterfeit item. Not only did this "pre-owned" item arrive looking brand new, with the item and even the dust bag being wrapped in plastic, but it was missing the D.Y. stamp pictured. It seems I was sent a different item than what was pictured. Seller's explanation was that the stamp was somehow polished off in cleaning. I sent pictures to eBay and the experts agreed that this item was not authentic.

The bracelet is 100% authentic or full money back guarantee. The asked the costumer to ship back to us and she kept the bracelet and we had to issue her full refund. We have our pieces professionally cleaned and repolished, and we put in in a small bag and send it to the buyer along with pouch, dust bag and cleaning cloth. It's a shame that what they want is to get the bracelet for free.
