Your shawl was delivered within the time frame - estimated delivery times are clear at the time of order and these estimates were also messaged to you when you queried when your shawl would be delivered. You have been in receipt of the shawl for 6 weeks and have today left feedback stating it took forever to arrive and is not as pretty as the picture. if this was the case why did you not send a message when is was received?

I never received the item at all, I have left neutral being as the seller did explain to put it down to missing package and corresponding with me, despite that I would have liked to have got a FREE instead at least id know what they're like, for this I'd not purchase another as I'm not guaranteed to get it,
