No voicemail or call was ever received from this buyer. They messaged me on Saturday and I responded to them on Monday. Their item was delivered in the expected time frame to the address they used in checkout. They have 4 feedback on Ebay so I'll chalk this up to them being a new user, but this is an abuse of Ebay's feedback system. If something delivered to their mailbox was not received they need to contact their local post office.
