this is not something i do but after receiving these was tempted to send back but for the money i paid just binned them bough as new the was opened also closer look at ear phones they have been worn all the old wax still on not even been cleaned that would of been half the battle distgusting should be ashamed dont come back and say they are new there is no way thats why there is a libary picture,
