    The customer is responsible in checking that all parts requested contain the correct information and the customer is responsible for checking that parts ordered are the correct parts.

    Tax charges at 23% VAT will apply to any product ordered.
     
    Please note customers will only be contacted by us if their required part is out of stock. All parts purchased are supplied on a part(s) only basis. We are unable to accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in the fitting or removal of parts.
     
    Every effort shall be made by OMC Car Parts to dispatch all the goods in good condition and on time. Any time or date for delivery given by the Company is given in good faith but is an estimate only.     All of our orders are usually shipped within 24hours Monday – Friday. In some cases our orders can take up to 7 working days. If this is the case we will let you know. We will deliver the Products to you within 2 working days of your order within the Republic of Ireland. However, Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
