So far so good. The first one I purchased was a refurbished on from Bushnell. I sent it in after a couple of weeks after the purchase because the watch would not turn on. Square said they fixed it by updating the firmware. they sent it back and it did the same thing. I sent for repair again . This time they said it could not be repaired so they gave me my money back. Bushnell could have been helpful if they had given me a discount on the new one that I purchased for all the trouble I went too.
