At first we were not sure about the Gimbal's operation and the seller was very accommodating to the possibility of a return. But then in testing we managed to damage it rendering it non-functional. Even though it was completely our fault the seller helped us out greatly. I will not say how as it would be unfair to the seller for everyone to expect the same.
