Incredibly disappointed. I purchased a beautiful Burmese oud from this seller several months ago, and when attempting to make a second purchase I saw that the price had gone up. There was, however, a discount if I purchased a bigger size. But when I did, I received a message saying that they could not ship it unless I used PayPal to send more money. When, I refused they cancelled my order. Then they adjusted the price so I reordered ($4 more) I finally received a totally different oil. Don’t !

I purchased this oud oil, an item that I have purchased before from this seller. Only they had raised the price for the size I had originally purchased but a lager size seemed like a good deal as it was about twice the original price for twice the volume. I then received a message from the seller saying that I needed to pay more because they made a mistake. When I asked if they could honor their deal that they set the price for, they cancelled my order. Absolutely terrible customer service.
