As a first time user of this dispenser I had trouble identifying correct soap to purchase and once purchased am struggling to identify what I am doing wrong to get the "Green" dispenser light to light up and the dispenser to function. No startup instructions came with the dispenser and the on-line video did not address issue about initial startup. This is my problem to resolve, no fault of the Seller. Am well pleased with the seller
