Just after I paid for the item, at the bottom of the page ebay showed several other sellers that were selling the same product for cheaper. I immediately canceled this order, but the seller declined the cancelation and shipped it a week later anyway. Yes, my fault for purchasing it before making double sure of a better deal, but the seller could have negotiate with me or responded to me with why they rejected my cancelation.
