Follow-up is OK and efficient - item was sent on time - buyer was informed about the tracking possibility on parcelsapp.com and about delay in shipment caused by Polish Post. Item was successfully delivered with a little delay, which often happens in international postal shipments.
Buyer refused to remove his unfair and malicious feedback, despite my request - also informed me that I try to threten him contantacting Ebay to resolve the problem.
