EXCELENT ebayer. Purchased; Acer open box laptop, which arrived quickly. I am not computer savvy & had issues with setup, so reached out to seller for information/help. He responded IMMEDIATELY & was very patient. After personally helping me with my PC issue he went above and beyond by offering to help me update & install ALL the most current software.
