Disappointed this customer decided to leave neutral feedback, before contacting me directly, Today (06th May) is a bank holiday. I can see from the Yodel website it was on a Van on Saturday the 4th. However Yodel customer service is closed on bank holidays. I have unfortunately have to wait till the 07th to contact them. From my side I will do whatever I can to sort this courier issue
