Tried to speak direct with seller before leaving negative feedback. The dress is advertised as brand new with tags. I took a video of me unboxing it as it was a premium purchase only to find a mark on the dress, contacted the seller for them to advise it is an ex-sample gown & they could not offer any discount as eBay fees were high. I am sorely disappointed but my wedding is in 2 weeks time so I’ve no choice but to keep the dress and have the mark removed at my own expense.Not a happy customer!
