Communication with seller was excellent. Pewter ship was wrapped well in bubble wrap, and then in a padded envelope. Unfortunately, due to the handling by USPS, it arrived damaged. Seller was contacted, and she was quick to remedy the situation. Seller was excellent to deal with and I would not hesitate to purchase from seller in the future.
