Why, why, why! A product that is designed to be used flat is sent and delivered folded in half and does not sit flat as designed - yes I'm repeating myself. In its correct orientation it would have gone easily through the letter box, but no, it is folded and as a disabled buyer I had to go to the front door to get delivery - not best pleased! The product itself appears to be OK, it just doesn't lie flat. Perhaps time will tell.
