The quality of the product is much better than others. The value is better than the competition. In addition, the software that the flexible LED strip uses is only one of two programs and this program is wayyyy better than Cool LED1248. The program makes so much of a difference. Lastly, the product came with everything I needed.
My only constructive feedback is that I would like a wider strip (44"). And possibly 3" more in height.
