They shipped my order from California to New York, then back across the country to me in Idaho. About two weeks after ordering I asked to just cancel the order and they said they couldn’t. Once arrived the colors and design were completely different than ordered, and they kept sending me canned responses asking for photos over and over that I had already sent. After everything, they told me they couldn’t process a refund and made me reach out to eBay. Total time suck.
