I bought this item as a gift for my brother’s 70th birthday and when he came to install it didn’t work properly in that it was not possible to pick up BBC stations 1,2,3 and 4 nor classic FM. I have tried to contact seller in order to return item but without success . Can you help please. I would add that my brother is a Hi-Fi buff so not behind the door when it comes to installing this type of equipment.
