I do offer returns within 14 days of purchase, and if you had reached out to me within that time frame, I would have been happy to resolve any problems. However, this was purchased well over a month ago. It's hard for me to help when I don't receive any messages. Leaving feedback without contacting me first is unreasonable and misrepresents my commitment to customer satisfaction.
