Barbie was sold as "new" with "a broken piece in the side as seen in the pics". I couldn´t see anything broken in the pictures as some of them were of rather bad quality. When Barbie arrived, there was aprox.2 inches large hole in the doll´s box. There were no plastic pieces anywhere inside the package so it was broken before it was put in the packaging. But the seller tells me it happend during transport. Quite dissapointing.

Good communication, beautiful dolls, although the packaging was not secure and poorly boxed (very little tissue paper, dunnage or bubble wrap) so there was a large gash in the box. Fortunately, the dolls were unharmed...this time.
