this is siemens used part ,customer said the new orignal one with the connector ,but what we sold to customer is used one ,before shipment customer didn't talk us need the connector ,if yes ,i will offer him for free .after he got the product he said without connector and i asked which part ,he didn't reply and directly give me a negative feedback .its really unfair to us
