The description stated that the manual was complete except it wasn't, and wouldn't you know that the section I needed first was the missing part. And when looking at the tracking history, the item was in the possession of the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE GROUND SERVICE that actually rerouted the package to the same state and city twice!!!!! I CAN NOT BLAME THE SELLER FOR THAT!!!! The important thing is it arrived in perfect condition and was packaged very well. The item was described perfectly!! A plus!
