Communication by the vendor as well as postage and packing was excellent. I was a little disappointed in the condition of the plates however. There are quite significant score marks on three of the plates which could not be seen in the photos and all four plates are warped. This was not mentioned in the description. I suspect they have been in a very hot dishwasher.
