Another “sold as seen” merchant thinking they can just send damaged figures out and hide behind these words. I even messaged this seller to ask if there were damages and they said no, low and behold more than half of the figures I recieve from this seller arrive with undisclosed damages. Messaged seller to see if they would compensate partially for some replacement parts and all I get back is a long winded message that just says he said “sold as seen”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM MERCHANT

Please ignore this desperate attempt to cause me trouble as I caught him out for trying to claim that I sold him a broken set, when it was clear and simple to see they were not the same set. Please view my usual response from buyers and make your own mind up as to the condition etc I always sell this man was rude, discriminative and a general chancery who did not like getting caught. eBay did not side with him but couldn't remove feedback as he hadn't broken feedback rules. I feel sorry for him
