I purchased a card on April 12th. On May 3rd I realized I didn't have it and saw the tracking hadn't updated since I ordered. I submitted to Ebay I had not received my item but that I did still want it. The seller did refund me but then blocked me from bids/offers? A couple of days later the card did arrive in the mail. I feel badly for the seller here but the card clearly wasn't shipped when it should have been and then I was blocked for checking with ebay. A shame.
