Waited a month for a refund. I messaged them yet no response. Had to escalate my claim with eBay. Ironically they contacted me almost immediately about giving them positive feedback after I first received my purchase. So when they want something they will contact the buyer yet when the buyer wants something there is stone silence. Never again:(
