Item ALMOST as described. Seller stated the kit was “New, never been used.”, but markings on the light bracket show otherwise. Also, the tilt bracket shown in the listing is not what I received. I made the seller aware of this, to which they disagreed and unfortunately could not produce the correct one. Seller offered return, but I was able to obtain the correct bracket listed by another seller so I kept this kit. Other than that the items were packaged well and shipped quickly.
