I received the the used computer item in a respectable timeframe, well-packaged - and as advertised. I was able to straighten something that was bent before shipping - but was clearly seen in their picture - so, my fault. I was then able to install the item - but it unfortunately did not work. But I contacted the seller and went through the return process - that was easy - free - and quickly processed - and got a FULL REFUND - including shipping.
