The seller sent the product as Refurbished. The product arrived with defects in the case, screen, and significant signs of wear. Battery 88% 500 cycles.There are wrist marks on the laptop body. The keyboard backlight is partially working.The seller claims that the problems I mentioned could have been caused by the laptop hitting the shipping box.
