I Purchased A robe to click and collect address somehow it was refused on their end item got sent back to seller bearing in mind the item is tracked so the seller can see where the item is.. the item being refused cause problems for myself as I needed it for comic con turn on top of that I've been waiting two weeks for a refund this is unacceptable..

As a seller I sent your item to the address YOU provided and if you provided a reliable address you would have received it well in time !! It is not up to me if the item is rejected or accepted at that address. I provided proof of the reply from the courier as to the whereabouts of the item and also the return time. What did you want as a buyer ?? If you were the seller would you just refund the buyer straightaway after paying for the item and for p&p and for fees?Your demand is unacceptable !!
