Item listed as new, and I got an opened package, not sure if it has been used but it was not what I was expecting

The item was new the package had not been opened. There was some damage on the outside of the plastic packaging just from being stored for a long time but it wasn't enough damage to be able to open the package and since the damage wasn't significant and didn't effect the item it was still new and never used. If there's an issue with your purchase I would have gladly accepted a return but you never contacted me about this.
