Received the model in a timely manner but when I opened the box saw that a portion of the decal sheet had been cut out. Difficult to find a replacement set of full decals for this model

Advertised as New Item. Knew it was open box, but no mention that the sealed bags inside were open. Body of model has stains, and there are loose items that should have been in sealed plastic bags. Decals are dry and unusable. This item does not meet "New Item" criteria. Will accept as-is, but not pleased with quality of item verses price paid.
